So yesterday, at San Francisco General Hospital a maintenance worker found a dead body in an outside stairwell. Turns out the body was Lynne Spalding, an SFGH patient that had been missing for 17 days. No one knows how or when she ended up there. Did she walk out on her own? Was she murdered? Was she lucid? Was she trying to get back into the hospital? How long had she been there alive or dead? How often does security check the premises of the hospital, never? And what the fuck man? Total insanity!
Oh, did I mention my wife works at SFGH the body was found not far from her office? Total insanity!
