Congress is the biggest bunch of lying, cheating, thieves on the planet. They are ruining our country and we are to blame. We continually elect self aggrandizing douche bags to run our country. The best part about this government shutdown, other that the billions of dollars it will cost our struggling economy, is that congress gets paid anyway. Yep, many thousands of federal employees with children to feed and bills to pay, making $35K a year are out work, but congress gets their paychecks. In other countries this kind of action causes riots or revolutions but we just sit idly by.
Another note: Today Google's homepage celebrated the 123rd anniversary of Yosemite National Park. Who missed that one guys? Yosemite is fucking closed today because of the shutdown.
What a shame, one of the pinnacles of our country, the entire national park system is closed because the dicks in DC. Do you realize you're ruining peoples' trips of their lifetimes? You're literally crushing your citizens dreams. Thanks for nothing. Rabble-B
